The mission of the FHS Instrumental Music Guild is to support the instrumental music program at Foothill High School. The Guild accomplishes this by planning and executing fundraising events that contribute to the monetary support of the program. The Guild also organizes parent volunteers to support non-monetary activities such as assisting the marching band and tall flag groups at judged competitions like the Tustin Tiller Days Parade.


 

Individual Sponsorship through Fair Share Donations Your generous contributions make possible the purchase and repair of uniforms, Band and Orchestra instruments, Color Guard equipment, event entry fees, storage rental fees and so much more!

Your annual Fair Share Donation can be made with cash or by check to the FHS Instrumental Music Guild using our Fair Share submission form, or via PayPal (debit and credit card accepted).

Corporate Sponsorship Advertise your products and services with a clickable logo at the bottom of every page on the Instrumental Music website. Your company name/logo will appear on both concert programs for acknowledgement.

Volunteers Needed for Tasks and Activities Throughout the Year

FUNdraising

Football Game Snack Bar: We are grateful for the opportunity to collect proceeds from snack bar sales during home games, which occur at Northrup Stadium on the Tustin High School campus. Parents are asked to attend one snack bar shift during any given school year.

Fall Pancake Breakfast: Generally in September, the Guild hosts a pancake breakfast and performance. Families are requested to encourage ticket sales and to donate food and drink items. Performers eat free!

Spring Dinner: Volunteers are requested to assist both before and after this catered event, and to promote ticket sales to supporters.

Spirit Wear: Show your support in the stands and on parade sidelines by wearing IMG apparel! These items and designs change periodically to suit the needs of current parent Guild members and are part of our fundraising efforts. Spirit Wear sales is in contrast to the uniform items and performer merchandise that are sold at or below cost.

Please note that IMG payments for any of the above items are through a separate portal from the annual Fair Share donations.
